Robert J. Fischer Team (RJF Team) is a Central Texas real estate team serving individuals, families, investors, churches, and nonprofit organizations with residential, commercial, and land real estate needs.

With more than 20 years of experience and nearly $1 billion in career sales, our team helps clients make wise property decisions that support their financial goals, ministries, and community impact.

We regularly assist churches and nonprofit leaders with property strategy, facility planning, relocations, and real estate transactions, while also helping donors, supporters, and board members navigate property decisions connected to charitable giving and long-term stewardship.

Serving others is central to our mission. Our team operates under the motto “Real Estate with a Servant’s Heart(r),” and we actively support nonprofit work in our community. Through our charitable initiatives and our affiliated nonprofit, The Cares Alliance 501c3, we have helped contribute more than $250,000 to local charities and individuals in need. We also host events and partnerships that spotlight and financially support local ministries and nonprofit organizations.

Our goal is to use our business, expertise, and network to serve people and strengthen the impact of organizations doing good work in our community.
