Welch Consulting Inc. works with nonprofits to support their fundraising and grant needs, supporting helping to make clients grant-ready and then help with grant prospecting, grant writing and grant/award management (or helping support you for setting up processes for grant management).

I also have a degree in Event Management and have spent many years professionally and as a volunteer in the community, helping with fundraising event planning and execution.

I live outside of Austin and have a home office, but also meet with clients at their place of employment. My contracts are structured for 6 months or 1 year and can be part-time, what I call very part-time (10-20 hours a month), or anywhere in between, based on your needs.
