Job Overview
Support assigned mothers in the Together Program by encouraging them mentally, physically, spiritually, and educationally to improve their lives and family condition.
Job Responsibilities
Completing regular plans of services to focus moms on goals and help them achieve spiritual, educational, physical, and mental goals.
Ensure that mothers are maintaining their house through inspections, work orders, cleanliness and safety.
Helping mothers gain transportation to necessary appts.
Assisting mothers in finding an educational path and walking with them through it. Assisting with FAFSA , scholarships, enrollment in GED or higher education as necessary.
Teaching and assisting in basic life skills for our moms to help them be successful in raising their family.
Guide, teach, and model good parenting; assist in finding classes or materials to help them be a good parent.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Social Work/Psychology/Ministry or a related field or two to four years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Additional Information
Current drivers license required.
Social Work/Counseling or other comparable licenses are preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in computer skills.
