Job Overview
The Program Director is the hands-on heart of United Partners, leading every aspect of daily operations

programs — it's about knowing each Partner personally, understanding what makes them thrive, and
making sure they feel seen, supported, and celebrated every single day.
The Program Director builds strong working relationships with staff and volunteers and nurtures trusted,
ongoing relationships with Partner families, who rely on this role as a steady and caring point of contact.
We're looking for someone who brings more than management skills to this role — we want a leader who
brings innovation, energy, and genuine passion for the work.
The field of disability services is evolving, and we need a Program Director who stays current on best
practices while constantly asking, "How can we make this program even better?" This is a chance to
shape not just the day-to-day, but the future of how we set our Partners up for success.
