Each GWC workshop looks to enhance one or more of the following health indicators inside your organization:

Each Lunch & Learn tackles one operational challenge Christian nonprofits face every week, such as organizing team knowledge or building workloads your staff can sustain. You leave with a tool, template, or next step, not a stack of notes.

Over the Lunch Hour

Join from your desk, bring your lunch, and be back to work by around 1:30.

Learn from Practitioners & Peers

Sessions are led by people who do this work every day. Every session saves time for your questions and for hearing how other leaders have solved the same problem.

      Community Roundtables

      Our regular free Community Roundtables bring nonprofit leaders together for engaging, facilitated, Christ-centered discussions on key topics such as board practices, fundraising strategies, financial stewardship, and more. These interactive, online sessions provide a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, gain practical insights, and build relationships with your peers.
