P27 Peer Groups
As Iron Sharpens Iron
P27 Peer Groups bring together Christian nonprofit leaders in the same role for honest conversation, shared wisdom, and prayer.
The name comes from Proverbs 27:17 ("As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another").
Program Overview

Role-Based Groups
Separate groups for executive directors and CEOs, development and marketing leaders, and program directors and managers. Everyone at the table does the same kind of work you do.

Trained Facilitators
Each group meets monthly with an experienced facilitator who keeps the conversation focused and practical.

Confidential and Christ Centered
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Every meeting makes room for prayer and for the questions you cannot ask anywhere else.

Multi-Month Commitment
You meet with the same peers for the full cohort, so trust grows and the advice gets more specific each month.
