Nominate a Leader
Know a Ministry Leader Who Deserves Recognition?
Every healthy ministry has leaders who serve faithfully, often without much notice. The Good Leadership and Good Governance Awards honor two of those leaders each year. The awards come from two of GWC's six pillars of nonprofit excellence, and we present them at TOGETHER before the whole Central Texas Christian nonprofit community.
The Good Leadership Award
For an executive director or CEO who builds a team that manages people well, works together, and stays for the long term. This leader shapes a healthy culture, develops the people around them, and serves the mission with humility and excellence.
The Good Governance Award
For a board member who helps their board have the right members, focus on the right things, and play the right roles. This leader gives time, wisdom, and prayer to strengthen the organization and support its staff.
Nominations open November 10, 2026, and close January 15, 2027.
